Dominique Powell

Founder & Executive Director

Dominique Powell began her young adult career buying and selling real estate in the Atlanta housing market. Through the success of her work, she began hosting yearly community service events involving friends and family to be a part of various community initiatives. Her desire to serve people and real estate experience ignited the dream of supporting & serving communities where any socioeconomic class could reside and thrive. After obtaining her Master's in Rehabilitation Counseling, she spent the next several years working for reputable nonprofit agencies in Atlanta to better understand the community she desired to serve. Serving primarily the homeless population, her view of the disparities in pay, access to housing, and financial education became the area she wanted to focus her effort and in 2014 she began Vine House Inc. Dominique is a proud wife, mom, successful Realtor, community advocate, and NYC native.  She holds two collegiate degrees from Georgia State University and Fort Valley State University.
